Returns Policy
Need to return your fancy dress costume?
We operate a no quibbles guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can simply return it to us within SEVEN DAYS from the date of the invoice in the condition that it was despatched to you. However due to the nature of fancy dress costumes we do expect customers realise costumes are not tailored to individual size and do require a bit of "give and take". Packaging must be included and must not be damaged (this includes header cards being folded) and we will issue you with a refund for the price you paid for the item. You must contact us for a returns form before returning any goods.
Returns Forms ask for the information we need in order to process your return. All items must have a Returns Form or we will be unable to process the return.
If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing on delivery to our premises.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to personal hygiene teeth, facial hair, tights/stockings and wigs cannot be returned.
Shipping & Returns
We offer 3 delivery methods each charged at a flat rate, which means you will only pay a one off charge regardless of order size, using both Royal Mail and our courier Parcel Force (when applicable):
Standard delivery £3.95 - We advise our customers to allow up to 5 working days although on average, standard delivery takes just 48 hours and does not require a signature.
Next Day Delivery £8.45 Our next day delivery option is a guaranteed service, timed before 1pm the following day (provided it's ordered before 1.00 Mon-Fri-excluding bank holidays) and requires a signature. Please note that we're unable to deliver to business addresses on a Saturday.
International Shipping £14.95 International shipping applies to any address outside of the United Kingdom and usually takes between 5-10 working days. All international items are shipped with our courier to speed up delivery times and are traceable. Shipments to Southern Ireland take 3-4 working days. You can also use our currency converter to suit your preferred payment currency.
Please note we are unable to offer our next day delivery service to Southern Ireland.
Delivery Schedule
All orders placed before 2.00pm are dispatched same day Monday to Friday 09:00 am 17.00pm to ensure rapid delivery times. |
